At Quality Appliance, we take the stress out of buying new appliances by handling the details ourselves. Our goal is to make sure your purchase is right before it even enters your home.

The Quality Inspection Guarantee

We don’t just drop a box on your porch. We take pride in our hands-on process:

Pre-Delivery Inspection: The day before your delivery, our team unboxes and personally inspects your appliance for any damage or defects.

Our Solution: If we find an issue during our inspection, we’ll contact you immediately to offer a discounted price on that unit or a full replacement of the same or a similar model.

No Surprises: We catch the dents and dings so you don’t have to.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you need to return an appliance, here is how we handle it:

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Used/Installed Items: We do accept returns on items that have been installed or used within that 30-day window, provided the appliance is still in resalable condition.

Standard Restocking Fees: All returns are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.

Special Orders: These are ordered specifically for you and are not eligible for return once they have been unboxed. If a special order is cancelled after it has shipped but before delivery, a minimum 30% restocking fee will apply.

Beyond 30 Days: After 30 days, items are considered non-returnable through our store. If you are truly dissatisfied with your product after this window, the manufacturer is ultimately responsible for providing reimbursement or a resolution. However, we are here to help! We will do our best to assist you in the process of contacting the manufacturer to find a solution.

Shipping & Sales Tax

Fast Fulfillment: We ship in-stock items as quickly as possible. For special orders, we will notify you the moment they arrive at our warehouse.

Tax Info: Sales tax is charged based on the county of delivery or pickup. Out-of-state orders are not charged sales tax.
