Here at Quality Appliance, we provide professional support through our factory-trained, in-house service technicians. Each member of our repair team undergoes continuous training to stay on the cutting edge of modern appliance technology.
The Quality Advantage: Diagnostic Credit We believe in providing solutions, not just bills. Our standard $99 local diagnostic fee is designed to give you an expert's evaluation of your machine.
- Local Rate: $99 (within 10 miles of a Quality Appliance location).
- Extended Service: A $30 mileage surcharge applies to service calls located 10.1–35 miles from our store.
- The "No-Loss" Credit: If you choose not to move forward with a repair, your full $99 diagnostic fee is credited toward the purchase of a new appliance from Quality Appliance.
Exclusive Warranty SupportTo ensure our customers receive the fastest possible response times and the highest level of care, our Warranty Service is reserved exclusively for appliances purchased directly from Quality Appliance.
By prioritizing our own customers, we can guarantee that those who shop with us are never stuck at the back of a long service line. If you bought it here, you’re our top priority — period.
